Refund policy

-Returns are allowed as long as the courier is on the door no refunds once the courier leaves 

-Exchanges must be done within 4-7 days , unwashed and unused 

-Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

-If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, pijai will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
